My guess would be that you may have one actuator with excessive resistance, or the locking rod mechanism may need to be checked and lubricated. The other option is to go down to your local Napa (or whomever) auto supply store and get a fuse with a self resetting circuit breaker built into it. Using one of these solved my problem
