I recently discovered an exhaust leak where the turbo meets the manifold, but that's not the problem. I'm kinda glad it developed the leak, because as the turbo was out of the car I noticed that the shaft has some play in it. It's not much, maybe 1/32" but since they spin at such high RPM's I figured it would be a good idea to rebuild it. The impeller blades don't have any wear on the fins, so I think I caught it at just the right time. Long story short, is there any thing else I should watch out for when rebuilding it? I bought the master rebuild kit and the 360 degree seal already.
