So! Your ready to spend 20k on another used car. My 87/9000t was side swiped and after sitting two years I finally repaired the damage, only to have to transmission go out in it. Another nine months later and I replaced the trans. Then just three month ago a power steering line went on the rack. I still have a timming chain kit with gears to put in it. I'll be doing the water pump and seals in the same area just cause I'm down in the location. I am only doing this for the reason that I haven't driven anything as nice ridding and handling and safe as this 87/9000t. Once I get the garage built I'll strip the junker that a friend gave me(88/9000s). I kept this car on the road for him for ten years. It will be cheaper to replace the bad and still have a car you know will Cruise in comfort and safety. No way is the 2004 the same car and ride.
