I haven't seen Dexron II in the US in at least 5 years. Dexron III is just fine. It is backwards compatible with II, so no worries.
As to the Type F you put in - how much? Did you just top off the tranny, or do a fluid change?
If you just added a little, (less than 1/2 quart, maybe), I'd not worry, but I'd move up the date for the next fluid change.
If you did a fluid change with Type F, I'd do another fluid change. The good/bad news is that you only get about 1/2 the fluid out of the tranny when you simply drain it - a lot stays in the torque converter. So if you did a Type F change, about half is still Dexron. I'd recommend that you do a drain, and refill with Dexron. Drive the car a bit (a few days, no cross-country trips) and then do another drain and fill with Dexron. That way the fluid will be mostly Dexron.
Type F and Dexron are very different, with different characteristics. Type F has higher friction transmission properties, which the Dexron-designed tranny in the Saab isn't designed for - it can gum things up over time. The 9000 tranny isn't the strongest link, so I wouldn't want to make life harder with the wrong fluid.
It's not a panic situation, but change it out as soon as practical.
