I just did this tonight!
Try these ideas.
1) Swallow your pride and be prepared to muster alot of patience because you will have to slowly coax the rubber over the top of the pump.
2) You got it off, so you have some idea of what it takes to get it on. I used silicone spray and a small flat blade screwdriver to slowly pry the rubber off. I did the same to put it back on.
3) Heat the rubber bridal in an oven or boiling hot water. I used boiling hot water from the microwave.
4) Spray the outside of the pump and the inside of the bridal.
!!!! Be careful not to break those three thin attachment points!!!
5) Look for the channel groove cut in one of the rubber lobes of the bridal. You will find a corresponding ridge molded into the shortest lobe of the pump. Line those up and slide the rubber bridal (RB) over the top pushing it dwn the side of the barbed port until it will not go any further.
6) This is where I used the screwdriver as a prybar slowly prying the rubber from top and bottom over the connector side. I moved from side to side prying and pushing. When the connector side has eclipsed into the rubber start on the barbed side and work it down. Spray more lube. Pry and push, side to side. Done.
Go for it. I wanted to throw it once. Keep cool.
