you can get a little bit of camber adjustment by loosing the lower ball joint bolts and pushing it one way or another also you can get lil more just from loosening the 2 bolts on the strut and pushing or pulling depending which way you go. another thing might want to check is your ball joints themselves. Ive had one that wouldn't move arond till you took all the load off the joing and it made the camber adjustment to give very similar readings that your having.
