Engine idle was really rough, rpm were constant and car was not stalling (only would stall when you disconnect the battery it may stall when you let off the gas).

Remove AIC valve - figure it out, it’s not complicated but it is a pain in the ass. Mine was under the intake manifold. Remove rubber 90 elbow from intercooler to manifold, removed two coolant hoses to intake manifold. Remove electrical connection at passenger side of AIC valve (you almost need to break your arm to do this, easier to do with narrower arms). undo the two hoses connected to the AIC valve from the intake manifold - you can leave them attached to the AIC valve. To detach the hoses you can use a screw driver to try prying off the hose, dont destroy the hose, if this doesnt work use some PB Blaster (Penetrating lubricant) on it, and keep working it, the PB should help a lot.
Once the AIC valve is out, take off the hoses. Test the valve by directly connecting it to your battery, you may notice it sort of 'pulses' open. This is normal. When open it should be fully open (the whole exit side should have the ball valve type gate open). If it is working clean it out.
Get some acetone, or mineral spirits and pour it into the bottles cap. Take the cap and pour it into one side of the AIC valve, plug the other side with your thumb / hand. Shake it up, then drain it out (give it a few good shakes). Repeat to the other intake / exit side you haven't done yet. Repeat again so both sides are done twice.
Shake out the valve well, try to get as much cleaner out as possible. Spray in some Cyclo (brand) White Grease (product) [http://www.cyclo.com/] - or some other actual grease in a can. Grease in a can is good to use because it really gets into the valve. Spray into one side of the valve, shake the valve, and then spray the other. Get a good amount into it. Excess will just run through your engine and be burnt.
Reinstall the valve. I’d spray some grease onto all rubber hoses to get them on easily.
