You don't tell us the year, but the following should apply to at least 95 (according to Haynes, anyway. I did two of them today, in order to transfer a trailer hitch from an 86 to an 87.
Four nuts inside trunk unscrew towards front, two torx 25 screws attach edges of plastic skirt outside to rear fender well vertically. 14 mm nuts on the 86, 17 mm on the 87 with correspondingly bigger bolts.
Inside trunk, remove taillight covers. Lift up carpet towards front (you may want to remove the plastic cover that spans rear of trunk - a bunch of T25's). Top nuts also secure cargo loops. Bottom nuts accessible after prying up 2"x3" white polyethylene covers.
After removing these six fasteners, pull straight back on the bumper, and it should come off easily. If stubborn, apply hammer to brass drift on top bolts. Or, lead hammer directly on bolts. Or, without any of the above, double-nut each top bolt before having at it (end portion is unthreaded).
