I also have a 98 CSE Stick and two 94 Aero's and have been going from one place to another in search for a reputable, honest technician. I’ve had dealers say they’ve done work and didn’t, brought parts to so called SAAB tech’s only to find out later that they charged me for putting on the part and never did. What a nightmare out there. Until I meet a guy who had done some work on a recent Aero I bought. He was recommended by the previous owner as a very knowledgeable guy with an encyclopedia type mind when it came to Saab’s. Well I made a visit to him and was blown away by his knowledge, honesty, and friendliness and to top it off the most reasonably priced service center I ever dealt with. I’m only endorsing him because I feel that if someone is at the top of their field and a fair person they should be rewarded for it. It’s a bit of a drive for you but well worth it. Use the Merritt (Route 15 South) Parkway to get down there, your CSE will love the ride (great cruising road).
