Over the years, I've picked up a number of Saabs/Volvos with about 100K on them. I've used the AMSOIL engine flush and changed to AMSOIL. Not a problem yet.
If you are willing to spend some thousands of miles, AutoRX would appear to be an excellent choice. I've not used it personally, but have seen many dozens of favorable reports.
For a quick flush, AMSOIL is my choice. BG appears to make a good one.
I'd steer clear of most of the others.
If you don't, or won't, flush, just do the changeover. Keep an eye on the dipstick. If you note a sudden increase in oil consumption after a couple thousand miles, change the filter and top off.
