Click on "adamK" above and drop me an email, I'll send you the info. Can't link to it from here as the discussion is on another website.
I did the swap simply because I wanted a 5-speed / TD04 combination in my car, and I had a crunchy 1995 Aero as a donor car, so the parts were pretty much free.
In all honesty, it took 12 hours with all the dicking around I had to do, and with removing the stuipd broken bleeder screw. There were a couple of pitfalls to watch for when doing it again, namely making sure the brake pedal is at the correct height so your switches work.
The toughest part of the job is really doing the manual labor. I opted to pull the full motor / transmission assembly out the top and do the work on the floor of the garage for a few reasons. It also gave me the perfect time to clean the engine bay a little, check motor mounts and replace my washer fluid bottle.
Its definitely not a job you want to tackle with a small socket set and a screwdriver. You'll want a good supply of tooling, an engine lift or engine support bar at bare minimum, and a fair knowledge of the car as a whole; what's needed from your donor car, etc.
