I think the insufficient coolant temp one should be chased first (the other 2 may be consequences).
The coolant temp sensor is in the intake manifold, near the middle. Look up how to correlate its resistance to the temps (you probably want to do that with the engine cold).
Also make sure there's actually coolant in the engine and reservoir.
If those check out, make sure the ground to the head (comes over the dogbone) is good.
