So my girlfriend was driving my 9k today, and after going up a slight incline on the freeway and when she was coming down it the upper radiator hose decided to pop off the radiator.

We connected it back up and after getting it to oerating temp the hose would blow/pop off again.

I was wondering what could cause this and what is the best way to drive the car home since its about a 30mile drive back to my house on the freeway only. or is it an easy enough fix to where i can do it in the parking lot i left the car at

Is it safe to just try to reconnect the upper radiator hose and try to drive the car back home with out the overflow cap on?
