IMHO, the '94 may well be the best year of the Aero. It didn't have OBD2 as others mentioned, so it doesn't have some of the other emissions adds that came along on later cars. '94's with TC seem VERY rare, and it's your only chance at getting an OBD1 car without TC. '94's are probably slightly less luxurious than later cars, as the Harmon-Kardon stereo didn't start until 1995, and the suspension generally got a little softer in later years. However, subtle differences in how luxurious the car feels on cars that are now 13-17 years old will be mainly determined by the kind of life the car has led and how it's been cared for. It's easy to add a woodgrain dash if you want one, and you can find one for $100 or less. There are plenty of options to upgrade the stereo, but just switching out the speakers can be done for as little as $200 or as much as $2,000 (for just speakers...!), but you will probably be happy with a $200-300 upgrade, and it's easily done yourself.
