I used an AutoZone rebuilt on my Audi, I'm somewhat happier than the Centric unit that I got from Eeuro for my SAAB. The Centric unit had a smaller bleed nipple than the original and the parking brake mechanism (why I replaced the old one!) is loose - the starwheel comes out the back when adjusted, grrrr. In both cases, the rebuilders somehow manage to remove the external plating and the calipers rust profusely.
When you get a replacement, see if you can keep the original stainless steel sliding pins - the replacements are inferior plated steel.
