BPC valve buzzing on start up

Is this normal? I have noticed it a couple of times but not always.. Seems to be when its colder? I put my ear right up to it and it is definately the valve. It buzzes intermittenly, quite a bit upon start up, then calms down after a few minutes. Havnet noticed it at all when the engine is warm but I will give a listen when I get home from work...
I did recently replace a couple of vaccum lines at the throttle body (ETS) and intake manifold and now get around 4 mpg better than I ever did before! Dont know if that would cause the BPC to act up or not...
Any input appreciated!
