The Aero bars are only 19mm. The SAS bars are 25mm. This thickness/stiffness provides a huge increase in roll stiffness and keeps your tires much better planted in hard corners so you use all four more effectively. The car also loses much of its tendency to understeer and becomes more neutral. If you drive a 9K with 25mm bars and get back into one with stock bars you'll wonder what's wrong with the car.
