Is "synthetic" DOT4 brake fluid okay?

I have a bit of a hard time finding DOT4 brake fluid locally, so I ordered a bottle from eEuro, and it claims to be synthetic DOT4 (Febi brand). I know we're supposed to be scared a synthetic brake fluid, but presumably that refers to DOT5. Anyone know if I'm okay using the Febi stuff?
