Hi friends been a while since I visit, but is has came to may consern a serious intermitent problem with my 98 auto CSE with 206K km. It has had this issue for some time know but its been getting more noticible increment on its acting up when it occurs. When coasting under very light throtle, at crusing speeds of 85 to 110 kms engine will hesitate, to try discribe, is almost the same sensation as on the old 900 clasic with bad spark wires or clog fuel filter, but here is were it gets interesting ... during the event if you throtle up power, delivery comes stable and steady same its accelaration as if there were no problems. The dificulty is that event will usually go away when you stop the engine and restart, also idle during the event is steady.Yesterday traveling at cruize speed of about 100km during the event, its was so notible, that I got very so frustrated so I diceded to place engine in neutral and accelarated to about 4500 rpm and reengage drive after rpm got to a safe rpm speed. To my surprise simptom whent away leaving me more confused, as to what can be causing this very irritating engine issue. Car has all regular maintenances. I can say DI is Original and ICV (Idle control valve) is also original, I have cleaded and lubricated it several times thinking maybe this is were the problem mignt be.. Any guidence or help will be greatly apreciated.
