Yes definitely replace those pulleys!
Its not a bad job at all, but like a lot of 9000 maintenance there are some unique little facts that make or break an easy job such as this.
- one of the pulley bolts is reverse threaded
- definitely remove the fwd half of the wheelwell shroud
- definitely need to make yourself a tensioner hold device, suggest doubled up strips of steel bar with 1/4 " bolt at each end, search archives 4 design
- use CARE when threading bolts back in for pulleys and tensioner bracket or you may strip the aluminum receiving threads in timing cover.
- get proper 6 sided socket and breaker bar with short piece of tubing for compressing tensioner, push slowly!
- search these archives for help on anything
