You asked about the CPS. Did one as preventative mx at 200k.
Clutch at 197k along with slave, etc. several masters along the way ... Easy to do the master.
Struts and shocks at 176k, although they weren't really bad. Springs are a bit weak in the rear if all five of us plus luggage are in the car, but haven't done them yet.
Add exhaust hangars to the list of little misc items to keep around. Never know when a good set of railroad tracks will crack one or two.
Speaking of flex pipes: 40k to 60k here in the salty, slushy northland. Did a stainless exhaust about 90k ago, it is still perfect.
Ft wheel bearings at about 161k although the growling gives a bit of fair warning. Likewise with the half shafts ... A couple of times on each side. I do keep a close eye on CV boots, checking them between and during oil changes.
Ft brake calipers are original. RR went at 175k, sticking parking brake.
Washer fluid reservoirs start to leak at about your mileage. Some folks just keep regluing ... I used Auto Goop once at 160k, then put a new resv in at 193k. A bit of a hassle, use new check valves and hoses and you'll only do it once.
Headlight wiper motors, if you are picky. Did take one apart once to try to clean the internal contacts. Ran great for another 12k before resuming the 'random park' display.
Fuel tank straps at 199k. Drivers door window regulators either rewelded or put Ina new one four times. Rest of the windows are original.
The little tiny clips that hold the lock actuator along the top of the rear door inside panels will break if you have lots of kids using the back seat. A cheap part, only hassle is getting one and popping the door trim off, on.
All for now,
Sincerely,
John
