9K timing chain question

I have my '97 9k (170k miles) torn down to replace the head gasket.
The timing chain tensioner measurement is 14mm. I know Saab recommends replacing the timing chain if it's greater than 11 mm.
However, the chain does not appear to be worn (just stretched). The cam sprockets down show wear, and the fit with respect to TDC is right on.
Given this, how critical is it to replace the chain? And if I replace the chain should the cam and crankshaft sprockets be replaced?
Thanks,
Todd inMA
