I just picked up a 98 CSE in FL with 63k on it. Gave my 95 CSE with 170k to son. Both are automatics, which eliminates the aero horsepower advantage a manual would provide in '98. As far as driving performance goes, the biggest difference is the suspension. The '98 has the Aero suspension, which is firmer and eliminates a lot of the body lean found in the '95 CSE. Its a major improvement. As PT notes, the wheels on the '98 are another major advantage over the other CSE's.
