Probably you could get it apart, and maybe reassembled leak free at the end tank seam, if enough of the tabs stay intact, but as to poking a rod thru the tubes, it doesn't seem to me it would work. That's far from virgin aluminum at minimum age for an original radiator, or even at whatever age a replacement that's losing efficiency from internal buildup would be at. So the aluminum would have "stress risers," corrosion pits, where, if the metal is flexed even a bit, would probably crack right through.
It might be worth trying as an experiment, after you get another radiator to use in its place. If you do it please post on here.
