I installed my new radiator this weekend and here are a couple notes. The 1st and most obvious is that it's a 1-core, not a 2-core like the one I pulled out. The quality of the new unit appears fair, but nothing like the original. There are some obvious use of rivets instead of the nice bonding of the brackets on the original.

The fit was near-perfect. I didn't have to modify anything and all the holes lined up except for the top one which was less than 1/8" off. The bolt still went through the hole just fine.

I took the old radiator apart to try to rod it out, but the runs are so tight that I couldn't even get a piece of bailing wire through it. The ends appeared clean but I couldn't see much light when looking down through the cores.

The new radiator appears to cool my car fine and with a lifetime warranty it appears to be a good purchase.
