unless someone put them on there - as I did, using a new Saab road-handling kit or sports chassis or whatever it was called at the time. Thank you, eBay
Of course, I'm UK based, but I'm pretty sure you got the same deal. The Anniversary in '97 had the body kit, the special Anniversary trim and in some markets special 8-spoke 15" alloys or some other upgrade, but regular engines and suspension. 1998 manuals had Aero turbochargers & ECUs and almost certainly Aero suspension and wheels too, but not the body kit
The sports suspension might have been available as a factory option, of course. The '93 CSE I used to own was delivered from new with Aero suspension and wheels and was actually registered as an Aero by Saab Contract Hire - they lied, of course - so nothing is certain!
But to be sure, you could check the colours on the springs themselves. There will be 5 colour spots in the format X-Y-Z-Y-X and if you post these for both front and back someone will help identify them
Or you could type something like "spring colors" (or colours) in the Search box and find past posts on the subject
There are always 5 spots and the springs are black unless something entirely different is on there
