left high beam and blue high beam indicator on dash out

1998 CSE, Low beams work, but left high beam doesn't. Fuse good. Changed blub, no joy. Changed orange "relay" with known working one, no joy. Also, when I activate high beams, right high beam comes on, but all low beams stay on (should go off).
Another clue, blue indicator in dash not working. So, its not the high beam bulb, not the fuse, not the red relay. Aside from bad connection between relay and bulb, any other possibilities?
