So when I went out to the car I noticed that the coolant resevoir was empty. I check everything, no leaks... Must have been air! So I topped it off and now it seems to be ok. I also noticed that the 2 lines from the engine to the heater core that I connected via a 90 degree coupler had shifted and lodged itself against the false wall creating a small kink in the line. I would say a 50% flow restriction...
I would say that problem solved boys!
Thanks as always
Jim M
