I jacked up the rear of my car and spun each rear wheel with the e-brake in the first-click position. I tightened the nut down to where I had a little resistance on the back wheel. Then I did the other side to make sure both rear wheels had nearly the same resistance on that setting.
Once I engaged the e-brake a few more clicks, both rear wheels were fully engaged by the e-brake. Seemed to work well for me.
