My upper radiator hose developed a pinhole leak at about 115,000 miles - maybe yours is doing the same thing. In any case, if it's bulging you need to replace it NOW!
While at it, take a look at the the area of the radiator where the upper hose attaches - this is the hottest point in the radiator and the first place that will develop cracks. If there are any cracks in the plastic, you would be wise to replace the radiator as well before a crack opens up allowing coolant to escape. Note that these cracks will open up only while you are wearing a suit, on the way to a sold out concert that you bought scalper tickets for six months ago, one your way to your own wedding, on the way to the hospital with your very pregnant wife, etc.
