Definitely a DIY job, 13mm deep socket for front bracket bolts, 14mm for rear bracket bolts. 18mm for bushing retaining nut. Pry arm downwards to get deep socket or wrench on the nut.
Make sure you apply antisieze upon reassembly, as bushing steel insert tends rust to the arm.
My experience with the poly mounts: They last around 30k miles.
Both the MTC black split type, and a one piece red poly insert I found (don't recall where, some poly bushing manufacturer online)tend to wallow out the inside, where the steel tube contacts. Maybe there is a lube to promote longer life, but might require frequent disassembly to keep it lubed.
I ended up recently just going with the Febi Bilstein OEM rubber version. Made in China. $USD22 each. One slid right on, the other got stuck halfway, so I used a 24 inch long piece of 120 grit plumbers abrasive cloth to buff off a few thousandths, and it fit. Not sure if the steel tube had a smaller-than-spec ID, or my arm had corrosion, but I used anti-seize lube to prevent that from happening again.
With the rubber, she's lost the tight steering response, but it will be a winter car and she's much more quieter and comfortable now. The banging and clunk was so pronounced due to the wallowed-out poly I thought I had bad engine mounts, and the steering had recently gotten quite squirrelly.
