The ghost in the rear passenger window

I posted a couple weeks back that my LR window doesn't always work. So today I opened up the door panel to take a look.
And with it all opened up, the window goes up and down just fine, using the switch on the console or the door. For good measure, I sprayed some silicone lube on the window tracks and on the guide bar that the window mechanism slides on, although everything was moving nice and smooth. I opened up the power connector for the window motor and the connections were nice and clean. No corrosion.
Then I close it all back up and the window won't budge when using either the door or console switch. All the other windows operate normally.
Any ideas?
