Doing the rear bar only will result in a lot of oversteer, the kind of snap oversteer you'd get when suddenly letting off the gas in a late '60s/early '70s Porsche 911.
As in you lift off and an eye blink later you're going backwards. Been there, done that, have the t-shirt and repair bill. I don't think SAS will sell the rear only. They used to, but if you drive hard it's not all that safe or stable.
The F & R SAS set up gives you pretty neutral handling, especially if you run about 3-4 pounds more air in the front tires than in the rears. On a track, wen you can get the car loose on the road, the bars work really well and the car is responsive and stable. Feel is about like a 5-Series Bimmer. And in my experience will out-corner them.
On the road the SAS bars make it just very pleasant to drive. Windy back roads are a lot of fun, on ramps are a blast. Stability and predictability are the real advantages.
On a budget, just do the poly bushings front and rear and also poly bushes in the back end of the front control arms. Those tighten up the steering and add feel, but do give more vibration.
Have fun!
