Okay thanks I will take a look there must be something loose then. And I am referring to the subframe. I did put the SAS sway bars maybe something's going on with it . If I accelerate hard I get a noise. And it'll only do it once. Then when I hit the brakes I get the same noise going back the other direction but only once. Side to side doesn't do anything only forwards and backwards. I will look at motor mounts I will look at the mounts for the SAS sway bars. I don't really think it's the bars since it only makes the noise when accelerating or decelerating. And it's not really a metal sound.
