You dont need a special tool. Just use 13mm hex to loosen the lock boltand pull down by "A bit".
A bit is very less, like 1 mm, and it will change shift point by like 5 mph.
Be careful not to loonsen bolt all. Just when you can try to move the cable up-down. Otherwise you will lose the reference point where you were at.
