'97 CSE 'Chains' advice..

Had this car (autobox) since 2003, bought it with 35,000 miles now at 125,000. Wondering IF I should replace the inner tie rods and both balance and timing chains.
All is seemingly Fine..so far.. I think Am I just overthinking this ?
Or is there a general Miles to Renew suggestion ?
Not nearly as keen to do DIY Saab repairs as I once was.
However, as capable (or any even) Saab shops are extinct in my area....Needs Must.
Familiar (too:-) with timing chain replacements, but Never a balance chain.
What bits are actually req'd, beyond chain and guides ? Kits of yesteryear (now extinct) seemed to contain a LOT of bits.. worryingly so.
Simplest would be to disassemble and inspect, but that would also mean my car up on stands for 'some' time, waiting on parts deliveries.
Oooh what's up with the few remaining timing chain kits featuring a fresh (aftermarket yet) chain tensioner. Never, Ever, had reason or purpose in replacing the entire timing chain tensioner .. (beyond the Earliest 9000 design upgrade reason )
Any heads up on doing the inner tire rods.. concerned about unscrewing the rack end .. without messing rack sealings due to the imagined brute forces needed.
Lotsa questions..
