Thanks for this information. I got G05 I am getting ready to put in my 93 CSE and was wondering if I should exchange for G48. I put in Prestone when I couldn't find blue Saab, was supposed to be for all vehicles and I didn't know about all the G#s and it has run hotter than before. Hopefully this fixes it. The antifreeze specications say G05 is for amount higher cast iron and G48 if higher amount of aluminum so find it interesting Saab didn't recommend G05.
