1998 Saab 9000 CSE - Code: Slow Reading on Temperature Sensor

I have a manual 98 9000 CSE that I've been having little sorts of troubles with. To begin, I have been trying, now and then, to fix a check radiator code. It's the code that says slow reading on the temp sensor. I've replaced the sensor and checked the wires on it, all seems to be good. It comes intermittently with idling and then goes away on its own as I drive up to speed. As well as the radiator fan being very intermittent. At first it didn't work but that was just a broken relay. Now and then, my entire gauge cluster will turn off and all codes flash and then it turns on again. Also, since the issues with the code started, I've had my turbo hitting extra psi and I can hear the waste gate let off extra pressure (sounds cool but never happened before). I thought it was the EDU so I tried replacing it with an Aero EDU but none of the gauges work now. I did take it off the old cluster and put it on mine because the old cluster was incredibly dirty, should I have kept it on? Anyway, any help and advice will be appreciated on where to go from here
