Installing Bilstein shocks on my Aero

I just finished installing Bilstein struts on my Aero. It was
a relatively easy job.
In the rear however, the bottom bolt that secures the shock to the
axel appears to be frozen to either the metal sleeve of the shock or the
metal sleeve of the sway bar. The problem is that using any type of
heat will damage the rubber bushing on the sway bar. Does anyone have
any tricks on removing the bolt? Are the rubber bushings available
from the dealer or do I have to buy a new sway bar if I damage the
bushing?
Any ideas will be appreciated.
I did soak it with penetrating oil and will let it sit for a couple of days
before trying again.
TIA
Tony
