Vladimir: I'm afraid I don't have a solution, but I can sympathize with your plight as my wife's '92 Audi has very similar symptoms....driving along as smooth as can be, when with no warning whatsoever you suddenly find yourself coasting with no motor, watching the Mack truck hood ornament grow ever larger in your rear-view mirror. It won't restart for 30 seconds or a minute, but after that interval it'll fire up without a hitch, all on-board diagnostics "OK" and no trouble codes set. This won't repeat itself for another month or two, but after a half-dozen "episodes" over the past 12 months, we're getting a little gun-shy to venture out on the interstate (we'll use my trusty '92 9KT for long hauls!).
The local dealers & independents haven't a clue, with the typical response being..."Wait until it gets worse or won't restart at all, then we might be able to help you." I replaced the fuel pump relay on a recommendation, only to have our "gremlin" return a month later. Someone else with similar symptoms told me to look for internal wires chafing on metal which might set up a short at random intervals, but thus far I've found no likely suspects.
I'm hoping someone out there will answer you with a more definitive solution or procedure, which might be applicable to our Audi as well. Good luck!!
