Sounds like you have a PCV problem which isn't allowing the crankcase to release pressure. I'll also bet you have a turbo engine and this condition only hapens under boost. On the top right of the valve cover there will be a nipple with a big hose and a small hose. The small hose should go to somewhere on the intake manifold and it should have a small check valve in between. Test this check valve by sucking on it. You should be able to draw air only way way (towards the intake manifold). If you can pull air both ways then it is bad and turbo boost is entering the crankcase causing your blow by. If you can't draw air either way then the valve is clogged and your PCV system won't work very well.
The oil level sensor is located on the back of the oil pan. Next time you change the oil pull it out and give it a good clean out. It may need replacing if that doesn't work and the wiring is good.
