Unscrew the 2 black plastic caps from the studs on the vertical edge of the boot opening. Remove the plastic strip between the boot and bumper. Then simply grasp the trim by the edge of the hole below the rear speakers and pull towards the centre of the boot. Fold the back seat to access more of the trim. I think it may be necessary to remove the seat striker pin as well-take care with this
