Time to replace oxygen sensor?

Hi!
I've some problems with my Saab 9000i (S) '89 with 200k miles:
1) Under high loading conditions (revs over 4500 on 4th and 5th gear) there is hesitation and decrease of power. The "check engine" light is flashing when this happens.
2) Idle is little rough, it wanders between 820-950 rpm. When I start the car, the revs first go down to about 650 before they settle to 820-950.
3) The fuel consumption is higher than I've heard from many 9000 owners. I believe it's especially high when the engine is cold (mixture too rich then?), but I can't get under 24 mpg even in road driving (60mph). With my '86 900i I could do 32 mpg...
Otherwise the car is in fine shape and it has been maintained well. And these problems are not affecting "normal" driving so far, except fuel consumption:( I have replaced the plugs (Bosch Super4), air filter and distributor cap recently.
Could these problems be caused by an old O2 sensor, I believe there's still the original one? I've read that there's an universal (read cheaper) Bosch model, which works just fine in Saab. Does anyone know the part number of it, so that I can find it here in Europe? Thanks for answers!
Terho
