Hi,

I decided to change the plugs and filter on my 98 Maxima SE. WHAT A PAIN IN THE A**! I remember doing this job in less than 10 mins on my 91 9000 last summer. It took me almost an hour to do it in the Maxima, which requires covers to be removed and ignition coils to be removed. And besides, what moron decided to place the plugs where they are. I'm 5'9" and i had to practically crawl into the engine compartment to get access to the rear plugs. To get access to one plug, i had to take off half of the throttle assembly. OK...rant mode off. Doing this job just made my appreciate the Saab a whole lot more.
