Idle rose to 1500rpm after throttle body cleaning

Hi!
I was today at my Saab dealer trying to find a cause to hesitation problems under high load (which they didn't do). The mechanic cleaned the throttle body and this changed the idle behaviour. Now it seems to stay in 1500rpm and goes down to 1000rpm only when I hit the acceletor sharply. Before cleaning the idle did not exceed 1200 rpm, even though it had to be treated in the same way in order to get the revs down. What caused this change in idle? Is there any way to make the idle normal? It is annoying in town driving as you can imagine:( Thanks!
Terho
