Well, as I delve into more upgrades this week on my beloved 88 9kt, I have been offered a job in Spain for over a year and I will most likely be forced to sell my 9kt very shortly. It’s not for sure yet, but almost. I was considering storage but due to the length of my stay and the lack of a good garage here it’s gonna have to go :( I’m trying to figure what would be a fair price to ask for. The car is white with SPG wheels and a Saab roof rack. The interior is immaculate, it runs perfect. The only negative is slight body damage by the gas filler area and the previous owner had installed body molding that runs the length of the car. Not attractive. I was planning of a major paint job, but of course will not be able to do that.
Nonetheless, here’s a partial list of what's NEW in the last year -
OEM clutch, pressure, slave, m/c, hose, main seal (month ago)

All radiator hoses, thermo, fan switch, ALL hose clamps replaced with new ABA stainless

Royal Purple 15-40W synthetic. Just switched from Mobil 1 that was used since car was new.
Plus
SPG wheels
Saab OEM Roof Rack
Saab OEM rear hatch cover, black (It was an accessory item and looks pretty cool. It covers the area around the license plate)
Plus a 3” JT down pipe that’s in the mail as I write but will not be installed before I sell.
Not to mention ALL the interior lights have been replaced, Immaculate interior, Gray leather is perfect, no rips, tears. You could eat pancakes off my engine it’s so clean
ZERO LEAKS. Let alone as a Saab nut I’ve gone over every inch of the car, fixing this, that, etc.
It has 119K, I’m the second owner and I was thinking of asking $3500. What do you think? Too much given the small body damage? The rest of the paint is perfect. I wish I could place a photo on line. Anyway, let me know. I live in L.A. by the way...
