The third mount you are referring to is the torque arm at the top of the engine. There are two rubber bushings on the arm that are wear items, but they may be OK if you have not let the lower mounts go for too long. Check for cracks, if they are not too bad, leave the bushings alone, they are not as easy to replace as they look.
The lower engine mounts are hydraulic. They can be purchased aftermarket for less than $90 each. Check Quasi's site for pictures of recommended Townsend mods. The transmission mount probably does not need to be renewed.
