JT down-pipe and O2 sensors question

I am thinking of getting a JT down-pipe and then building a custom 3" exhaust with parts from JC Whitney's web site. Great stainless steel stuff on the JC Whitney site. My only concern is about the two O2 sensors (97 9000 cse). Does the JT pipe have places for both O2 sensors or just one? If only for one, what should I do with the other?
Thanks, Andrew
