Which 99 was yours?
No real need to drain the fluid till you're ready to put new in. It won't help anything, and you DON'T want the lines open for any length of time.
Not sure it matters whether you install the booster with or without the MC. The bolts that hold it in won't care...
I've used an EZ Bleed, and it's OK, but I'd recommend the larger capacity, self-contained pressure bleeder from Motive Products that EEUroparts (and others) sells. You pump it up by itself.
I also recommend buying the ATE Super Blue brake fluid. You'll know when all the old stuff is out, as the fluid in the catch bottle line becomes blue. Then, in two years, when you change it, use the Castrol LMA, and you'll know you're done when it comes out amber...
