Hello Chuck, thanks for posting the diaphragm source that's the one I was looking for that I misplaced! I'm not sure if these things stick more often as they wear or not? My guess is that when the clearance becomes too great carbon builds up worse and causes the valve to stick. I'd look into a high temp dry lube of some sort! With my 99 being a 16 valve conversion I don't have any first hand experience with the sticking problem but I'll ask Brad at KC Saab and Jack at MSS and see what they have to say? Take care, Dave
